Come on out to the beautiful, Texas hill country for a special weekend retreat for LGBTQ Christians ages 18-24. Make friends, have fun, and grow in your faith, all in a place where you are fully accepted. Not in college? No problem! This retreat is for anyone who is college-aged, whether or not you are an active student. We'd love to get to know you. Join us!
What to Expect
Tapestry retreats are transformative for many attendees. As one participant said, Tapestry was "probably the most encouraging and impactful weekend I’ve had in years." At the retreat you'll find community and belonging. It's a place to make friends, as well as to renew—or discover—a deeper connection with God. Our theme for this retreat is "Beloved of God," highlighting a central truth of our faith: that we are all beloved by God. We will share our stories, sing together, hear encouraging speakers, play, chat over meals, and enjoy beautiful surroundings!
All meals and lodging are covered in the price of the retreat. Often, registrants who fly in choose to carpool from airports DFW or Dallas Love Field (both are about 2 to 2.5 hours from the retreat site). Registrants will be connected with each other ahead of time for those who want to coordinate rides.
