Are you an affirming pastor longing to connect with other ministry leaders in a restorative retreat setting? We know the work of changemaking and trauma-informed care can feel isolating and overwhelming at times. Come be encouraged, as we spur each other on in the work of full LGBTQ inclusion and integration into the Church.

Guest Speaker

The Rev. Pepa Paniagua (she/her) is a pastor, educator, innovator, advocate and ally. Growing up between the Redwoods and the Pacific, Pepa believes that as much can be learned by placing your bare feet in the sand and listening, as can be learned from any book. Pepa is what she calls an "accidental Texan" having moved from California to Texas to attend Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary. After graduating from APTS, Pepa moved to Dallas to start her ministry career and has lived in Texas for 21 years... which is approximately 20 more years than she had ever planned. Pepa is the founder of kin•dom community and co-founder of kin•dom camp and currently serves as the Coordinator for Innovation of New Ministry Development for Grace Presbytery. Pepa lives in North Texas with her wife, Kelli, and their two rescued greyhounds, Loden and Juneaux.

From the time CenterPeace was a dream in my heart, I've felt called to invest in pastors. I want to encourage you as you navigate the challenges of LGBTQ inclusion. You are not alone. We are in this together, and I'm so grateful for that.
