Born and raised in Amarillo, Texas, I love the Panhandle and the people. I have two daughters, Ivy (4) and Alison (8).

I knew at an early age that I experienced boys differently than girls, but didn't have the words to express how I felt. As I grew up in the Church of Christ, I inadvertently picked up this crazy notion that marriage would solve all of my problems, but quickly learned that simply wasn't true.

Learning to be a single dad is, as my youngest would say, a "wild abenchure," to say the least. God is, and always has been, faithful in his relentless pursuit of my heart, and has worked through CenterPeace for the last 6 years to provide me with a safe space to question, doubt, praise and laugh.
